On 24 May 2026, the 2026 Oceania International Invitational Wushu Kung Fu Championships successfully concluded in Brisbane, Australia. Hosted by the Australian Kung Fu Wushu Federation, the event featured both international and domestic competition divisions and attracted nearly 200 athletes from 11 countries and regions.

As a high-level and large-scale international wushu event in Oceania, the championships covered Changquan, Nanquan, Taijiquan, Daoshu, Jianshu, Gunshu, Qiangshu and Sanda, demonstrating the vitality of wushu development across the region.
